Our home staging consultation includes a full home evaluation with verbal recommendations (one hour), along with a written report of recommendations to increase the property value.

Home Staging Consultation includes:

General tour of the home and exterior with verbal recommendations

Pictures and measurements of rooms for evaluation and furniture layout

A colour consult if painting is recommended

Painting and minor repairs estimates
-
Written action plan report of all recommendations that will add value to the home (to be done by client)

Once the recommendations have been implemented by the client, we offer a return visit to accessorize.

Flat fee of $150
For clients who prefer, we offer hands-on implementation of the recommendations.
